"Absolutely adore the design of this sweater!"
I really adore the design of this sweater and its fantastic quality. The best part is seeing the joy on my grandsons' faces; they just want to wear it nonstop. Big thanks to Shan and Toad! I’d recommend it a hundred times over.

"Avoid purchasing from Canada"
Regrettably, I ended up shelling out more in duties ($94) than what I spent on the clothes. The outfits are adorable, but the sweatshirt had a hood that wasn’t mentioned on the site (which my kid can’t wear to school), and both pieces had a musty smell, needing a double wash before our little one could wear them comfortably.

"Frustrating experience with customer support"
Shipping took way too long, particularly given the costs involved. Usually, boutique sellers cover these charges. The policy for returns and exchanges is absurd. This isn’t how you keep customers coming back. The website also has frequent glitches.
